Feeder for semi-rigid chain
- To improve the hammering quality of some kind of chains as box chain, compacted chain, gas tube, omega, etc. is necessary to push them into the mould instead of pulling out from the mould.
- This independent FEEDER for semi-rigid chains thanks to his reduced dimensions and to the specially provide fixing kit it is applicable to all Q4 and Q4/P dies. The fixing kit may be rotate 45° to adapt it to the different hammering typology.
- It results therefore very practical, because it doesn't bind in some way the use of the hammering machine.
- The advancement of the chain happens through the slide of the same one through two grooved blocks in tempered steel by a rubber roll moved by an electric engine brushesless and with adjustable speed by the integrated potentiometer. The two grooved blocks, “guide” for the chain, will change from one chain size to the next.
- For the operation it is therefore enough to connect the electric cable of the direct current engine to the electric net.
